You may have noticed that Cliff Johns Gallery is no longer on my galleries list. It is with a heavy heart that I must share some sad news. Many of you knew and loved Aurora King, talented artist and the owner of Cliff Johns Gallery. She suffered a fatal heart attack on July 31st. Always a champion for her artists, she gave her all to the gallery but still found time to be a tireless and kind hearted supporter of AdvoCATS (a non-profit organization dedicated to the well being of Kona’s feral cat population.) She will be greatly missed and the gallery will be closing permanently. Aloha Aurora.
