Here is Kaulana resting with his mother in the warmth of the Kona Coast sunshine at beautiful Mahai’ula. This seal was named by a cultural practitioner for the area and means famous, celebrated, renowned, resting place, joyful and quiet. All things that describe him well.
Originals are either oil or acrylic on canvas (or in a few cases on rigid panels), or watercolor on cotton rag paper. Details are found on the individual item pages.
Check the descriptions to determine if a painting is painted as a gallery wrap (exposed, painted edges), or is framed (typically smaller originals on canvas and most original works on paper).
Originals typically require a custom box or crate (included in the shipping price), so please allow a few additional days to prepare your original for shipment.
Giclee prints are the highest quality, archival art reproductions available. If properly cared for, they will last well beyond your lifetime. All are printed with long lasting pigmented inks on archival cotton rag paper or archival canvas. Edition sizes are indicated under each description. Most are limited edition.
Giclees on canvas are printed on Sunset Reserve Matte Canvas and protected with Premier Art Eco Print Shield satin coating. All canvas giclees are gallery wrapped, with no frame needed.
Giclees on paper are printed on Sunset Velvet Rag paper, and include generous borders for framing.
