A classic shack on the beach
About This Painting
This scenic and secluded beach with it’s soft white sand crescent shape is one of my favorites. Originally it was home of a small fishing village in the 1800’s. Today you see the red plantation style bungalow that the Magoon family that purchased the property in 1936 used to live in. The canoe moored off shore belonged to them as well. They were kind enough to share old family photos for me to paint from. Can you imagine growing up here… fishing, snorkeling and enjoying all the wildlife?
Sold as a diptych (2 separate panels), as part of a limited edition of 100.

Giclee prints are the highest quality, archival art reproductions available. If properly cared for, they will last well beyond your lifetime. All are printed with long lasting pigmented inks on archival cotton rag paper or archival canvas. Edition sizes are indicated under each description. Most are limited edition.
Giclees on canvas are printed on Sunset Reserve Matte Canvas and protected with Premier Art Eco Print Shield satin coating. All canvas giclees are gallery wrapped, with no frame needed.

Shipping
Shipping cost is calculated in your cart for destinations in the United States. Please get in touch using the Contact Form if you have specific needs beyond standard shipping or are in a different part of the world and I will calculate an exact shipping cost for you.
Standard shipping is via USPS or Fedex, and typically takes three to seven days. Tracking and full insurance is included with all shipments. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
